Reviewers frequently cite punctuality, efficient handling of fragile items, and reasonable pricing as key positives for this moving and storage service. Many customers note that crews arrived on time, communicated clearly, and helped with furniture assembly without causing damage. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with last-minute cancellations, unexplained price increases, and instances of property damage or missing items.

Came in with a crew and made it happen. No need to pack your clothes. They moved the furniture with the clothes in it!! Broke down and set up the furniture. Even offered some decorating tips along the way. Thanks gentlemen. One less worry.

The staff arrived right on time and were very professional. I was even amazed to see the owner, Mr. Lundy, putting in sweat right alongside them! My previous movers damaged my items, but this company did not do any of that. After unpacking, absolutely none of my stuff was damaged. They took extra care wrapping and protecting our furniture, and were extremely careful with the walls moving out and into our new place. The entire move took about 4 hours of heavy lifting, but they still patiently asked where we wanted everything placed. They even took down my heavy water fountain and bed/bath items, and completely cleaned up all the wrapping materials when they were done. I would definitely use them again and refer them to folks as well. Thank you again to Mr. Lundy and the entire staff!"

I’m ngl this was actually a blessing in disguise. I had a move LAST MINUTE on Saturday and needed things out by Monday between a tight time of 4-7. I had VERY HEAVY office items I needed moved to my house and was very skeptical when I learned only two men were coming for the job. HOWEVER not only did these two men lift all the things (I work on the 6th floor) they drove for over 3 hours to my home and had the FAIREST PRICE of all the movers I called (about 15 different ones). Definitely recommend 1000/10‼️‼️‼️‼️ Thank y’all fr!

I’ll pass your praise along to the two movers who handled your job. We appreciate the 1000/10 recommendation and are here anytime you need help or referrals.

I had a great experience with Johnny and his crew! They helped me move everything from my previous business suite into my new location, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.
They were professional, careful with my equipment and belongings, efficient, and moved with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or care. I was especially grateful that they were able to accommodate my move on such short notice—I booked only 48 hours before my requested move date, and thankfully they had availability and came through when I really needed them!
If you’re looking for a reliable, professional moving team—especially for a last-minute move—I highly recommend Johnny and his crew. Thank you again for making my business move so much easier and stress-free! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
