We are long-time Bug Out customers. Cailee is by far the best technician we’ve ever had. She’s polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. We think she could do any type of detailed customer service work. Cailee goes the extra mile to identify problem areas and takes the initiative to fix them. You lost a potential customer by having an AI agent call me. After filling out their online form to get a quote, I was contacted by an AI, which was pretty easy to spot since A. it was flagged as potential spam and B. it sounded like every other agent with a fake call center audio in the background. If you're not willing to pay a human being to call and talk to me, then I'm not willing to give you my money. The money you save by eliminating jobs may also be costing you money. Food for thought.

Cailee at Bug Out is absolutely wonderful! She came out today for our routine pest control, and as always, she was punctual, friendly, and completely professional. I love that she always lets me know in advance when she is on her way, and she is incredibly adaptable and accommodating whenever I need to adjust the schedule. I also appreciate having a regular technician who knows my home—she previously came out for an ant issue and took care of it completely. It’s comforting to have someone so reliable handling our repeat service. Highly recommend her!

Bug Out did an incredible job, though very expensive. They did what they said they would do and showed up when they said they would. My dad has mental health issues and was in hospice care. They were incredibly responsive to my needs and my difficult situation. Highly, highly recommend. They will get the job done!
