I called about flea services and they scheduled me but couldn't tell me anything about the services. The service person showed up and only then was I told me and my pets would need to leave the house for 2 hours. I work from home and caused major inconveniences. Not to happy with their service right now. Ive never had fleas before and not sure I can trust them.

We started service with Blue Chip who is no longer in business and were very happy with their service. They were bought out and But Out has been ok, but the customer service has not been good. We recently sold the home that we had services at and I have talked on the phone with 5 people and sent 3 emails trying to cancel services. This started in July and it is currently October and I just receive an invoice for nearly $360 for another year of services that I've been trying to cancel since July. I receive 1-2 phone calls a day and recently have started receiving 1 email/day from these people...this is as close to harassment as I've ever been with a service company. I would NEVER use them in the future.

Our servers rep does an outstanding job of keeping our restaurants, clean and insect and rodent free on occasion we have had fruit flies during the summer and he has worked on drains and sprayed to eliminate them on the first request. I think you are fortunate to have this gentleman in your operation and I look forward for continued success with him taking care of our restaurants and us. Thank you.
