I was home on a Saturday night recovering from surgery when I was bit by a brown recluse spider. Due to the seriousness of the bite and the possibility it would have a serious negative effect on my surgery procedure, I went to the emergency room.
The following Monday I got a referral from a coworker for Bug Shockers. I called them that same day, explained I have had a brown recluse spider infestation since I moved into my apartment several years ago and I needed to get it resolved immediately.
They scheduled me for the following morning, sent an alert 10 minutes before they arrived and arrived on time. They explained everything they were doing and how they could help further in the future. They spayed inside and outside, and were through.
I was so impressed with their professional service and I will have them return again. The price was very reasonable for the comprehensive service I received. I know this process of eliminating these well established spiders will take some time and more attention. I’ll come back here in a few months and update my situation.
I highly recommend Bug Shockers. I finally have confidence and hope they will address this in every way they can and I can be free of these poisonous spiders.
UPDATE
As promised, I am back to provide an update on the Brown Recluse Spider infestation I’ve been fighting for several years. My first spray was July 14th. Since that time, I saw a substantial reduction in spiders as gauged by sight and sticky traps. It has been about a 90% reduction.
I asked for a second application only because I wanted to be extra sure. My spider bite really left me in fear. That second application was completed on October 1st. I found a couple of spiders on my sticky traps shortly after the second spray but I understand that is to be expected. I have seen none since. I am so relieved!
Bug Shockers did an amazing job! Thank you!

Wow, what a story, and we are so glad you reached out to us. First and foremost, we hope you are healing well from both your surgery and that brown recluse bite. That is a lot to go through at once, and it means the world that you trusted us to step in and help.
A big thank you to your coworker for the referral, and thank you for giving us the chance to earn your confidence.
Brown recluse are one of the trickier pests we deal with. They are shy, they hide well, and they can quietly settle into a home for years before anyone notices them. You are exactly right that clearing out a well established population takes time and follow up. That steady, ongoing attention is what really makes the difference, and we will be right there with you through the whole process.
We are so glad our technician took the time to explain everything and treat your place thoroughly, inside and out. That honest, educational approach is what we want every client to feel.
We look forward to seeing you on your next visit, and we truly cannot wait to hear your update in a few months. Thank you for trusting Bug Shockers.

Wonderful. Being a new Pest Control to our house, the Technicians, listened to all of my concerns and problem areas. They were amazing. They went to work and spent more time at my house than any other pest control company. I’m terrified of mice, they looked into every mouse bait stations around my house and filled them immediately. They found ones in my garage I did not know I had and promptly filled them. They swept all spider webs, I mean they attacked them! We are equally happy there is no contract to sign, no month to month, even though they don’t come every month, they are Not going to bill me every month, like others companies do. They will put us on a quarterly calendar. And they are able to come whenever we need them. Did I mention the technicians were women! And they Love their job. Very enthusiastic, likable, knowledgeable. We highly recommend Bug Shockers!

We're especially glad our technicians took the time to listen to your concerns, check the areas you knew about AND find the ones you didn't. That's exactly the kind of thorough service we want to provide.
And yes, no contracts and no paying for months when we aren't servicing your home! We believe pest control should fit your needs, not lock you into an agreement.
