Had a major spider and we issue on our back porch/ outdoor kitchen.. called numbers. They came out and took care of it.. it now looks fantastic.. no more spiders or webs.. these guys are the best...as you can see not a web in sight

Gabriel was very thorough in explaining the processes & chemicals used, as well as, their effects and what we could expect for the next few weeks. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism as he took the time to go over it all with me.
Additionally, he very clearly takes pride and ownership in the work he does. He was very meticulous with it and made sure to completely cover everything, even opening the egress window covers and getting down in there too!
10/10 would recommend this business and this technician to anyone looking for pest control services.

Gabriel had great communication with letting me know when he was on the way to my property, explained the process, and what to expect after treating my home.

Very pleasant to work with on the phone when working on getting the initial start day worked out. They where scheduled to arrive between 1 and 3 and at 1 sent a text saying he was on his way. When Scott arrived he had me explain what all was going on and looked everything over and explained to me thoroughly what was going to be done and then asked me if I had any questions. Scott is very pleasant and I would recommend him and the rest of the crew at BugBros as the place to go if you are having mice and spider issues.
