Build Brothers Inc.

We recently had our roof replaced by Build Brothers Inc., and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our sales representative, Evan Greenhalgh, was great to work with from the start. He was personable, communicated well, listened to what we wanted, and offered some really good suggestions. Evan spoke highly of… Read full review

We thoroughly researched 7 contractors for our roofing, wood repair, painting, gutter, and solar installation and after a good deal of discussion decided to go with Build Brothers. Used build brothers for a new roof (bought a new house and roof was 20+ years old). Also redid 4 large windows as a second job following the completion of the roof as I was very satisfied with their service. Quote and inspection for the roof was done by Evan, very thorough vs other roofers in order to make sure you… Read full review

I have used and referred Kenny from build brothers multiple times. Highly recommend! They are honest, reliable and have great customer service!

I’ve used Build Brothers for Solar and Roof on two home purchases. What I value most is their candid approach during site visit and quoting the job. I felt I had options. Do preventative work prior to solar install or think 5-10 years down the road and decide if Roof replacement prior to Solar made more sense. They… Read full review

5 star - responsive, great quality work and finished in good time despite COVID-19 impact on materials availability. Update: had an issue with one SunPower panel post the bankruptcy - was worried about warranty but Build Brothers sourced the part and repaired/replaced under warranty which demonstrated their support of customers post purchase/install.

Build Brothers did a fantastic job repairing our roof. They were prompt from the first call, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and the crew was friendly and easy to work with the entire time. No delays, no surprises — just solid, professional work done right. Highly recommend them for any roofing needs in San Diego!

They did a great job, it felt like quality work throughout-from the guys who managed our solar panels to the team that did the roof and fan installation through to the father-son team that installed the rain gutters, everyone was clean, friendly and very considerate. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Build Brothers Inc. They worked fast and tried to be as respectful to us and the neighbors as possible, while replacing a roof. Evan, our adviser was great to work with and Reinaldo, his foreman tried to get the work done to our satisfaction. A great team.

Gloria and Evan have been instrumental in supporting our home inspection and repair estimation process. Jimmy helped me with solar and a new roof. Fast work and good communication throughout the whole project.

Build Brothers was very professional & addressed all of our concerns right away. The price for installing the roof & taking care of our solar panels was comparable with other roofing companies. I highly recommend Build Brothers.

I worked with Colton at BuildBrothers. He is professional, always answers calls and texts, shows up on time. This company can be trusted. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up the worksite very well. I got quotes and read reviews to decide which company to use.

We had a roof leak and ended up going with Build Brothers to put in our new roof. It was a complicated project because I had a bunch of solar panels that needed to be removed and reinstalled plus a flat portion that required TPO instead of shingles. I am very happy with the result, and it is thanks to the entire… Read full review

Excellent job!! I was very happy with the work and specially for all the help from Colton Frisch who is very professional and helped me with all details

Awesome experience working with these folks, Evan in particular was very easy to work with and I was very happy with the job!

After paying over $30k for a new roof on my mobile home in August, I have been waiting for Build Brothers to paint the galvanized cap over the “marriage joint” on top of the roof. Their excuse is that they needed to complete the solar installation on my neighbor’s roof next door! They keep putting me of and there… Read full review

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing team! Ian is phenomenal! He walked us through our project completely and answered all of our questions and then some. He “dumbed” down his answers so we could understand everything without making us actually feel dumb. My dog, who generally doesn’t care for new people loved him… Read full review

We had Build Brothers do a lift and replace where they lifted the old tile on the roof, replaced the Underlayment and put the tile back down. Evan was our salesman. Had them do a new roof, solar, and switch out our AC for a heat pump. So far, everything has been great. Good quality work, very courteous, good communication, and a notable emphasis on customer satisfaction, which is very refreshing.

A great experience from start to finish. The roofing crew, led by Jose, did a fantastic job with the roof and made sure everything was clean before they left for the day. Ian and Ray absolutely made this terrifying prospect manageable. First time roof replacement for me and Ian was clear and thorough about the process. The price was under other quotes, and Ian kept us updated the whole time during the process. You can't buy this level of customer service.

Great family owned business and great customer service by Teresa. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends that need solar or roofs.

Build Brothers did an excellent job on my new roof—clean, professional, and it looks fantastic! Maritza was especially great to work with. She made everything easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend them!

Our building, originally constructed in 1968 and converted into condos in 2005, recently reached the point where a new roof was necessary. During the 2005 conversion, a tar and gravel roof was installed, and after 20 years, it was time for an upgrade. We received four different quotes for the roof replacement,… Read full review
