Reviewers frequently cite the school’s comprehensive exam preparation, knowledgeable instructors, and helpful office staff as key factors in passing Florida trade and business licenses. Customers appreciate the detailed study materials and the team's responsiveness during the application process. However, low-star reviews highlight concerns regarding unlisted refund policies, outdated or mismatched study guides, and difficulties reaching office staff for application support or fee disputes.

I finally received my EC license last week! I have to thank Stuart and everyone at BTES for their help along the way, whether it was prep classes for each test or answering questions about filling out the application. I took both in-person and zoom prep classes and I can't recommend them enough! Would highly recommend them for anyone trying to get their trade license in Florida

I had a great experience working with Bre at BTES throughout my application process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Applying for my license was honestly stressful and overwhelming at times, but Bre always took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the process, and help ease my anxiety. She made sure everything was submitted correctly and was always professional, responsive, and kind. Having someone knowledgeable who genuinely cared made a huge difference. I truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend BTES and Bre to anyone going through the licensing process.
