Terrific locally owned vet with a caring dr and staff. Highly recommend.

We left this appointment frustrated. We asked several straightforward questions and did not receive direct answers. We also felt the examination of our two cats was very brief and did not adequately address concerns that had previously been identified by another veterinarian. We expected a more thorough exam and better communication regarding our pets' health. Overall, I would not recommend anyone visiting this vet hospital.

We can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Sabin and this clinic. She has a lot of rural vet experience and broad clinical knowledge and has always been on point with her evaluations and treatment plans. Her advice is always practical and we’ve never felt like we were being recommended for anything unnecessary. We wouldn’t take our cat to anyone else!

We have worked with Dr. Sabin and Bull City Vet for almost 7 years now. All of the staff are incredibly professional, down to earth, and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. I am constantly grateful that we get to work with them.

Dr. Sabin, Katie, and the entire Bull City Vet team are absolutely incredible. My reactive dog has been a patient for several years, and every visit he’s met with patience, understanding, and genuine care. More recently, when our cat became very ill and stopped eating, the team went above and beyond to stabilize her and pull her out of a rapid decline. Thanks to their dedication and close attention to her needs, she’s been given a second chance at life, and we now get to enjoy many more years with her. We’re so grateful to have a veterinary team that treats this work as a calling, not just a job. Even after moving farther away, we happily make the drive—it’s worth every mile.

Dr. Sabin and her team at Bull City Vet literally saved our cat, Millie. It was such a stressful time for us, and they were unbelievably patient and kind the whole way through. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Millie is doing great now, and we’ll never take our pets anywhere else.

I am consistently feeling so at ease working with Bull City Vet + Dr Sabin! My cat baby has struggled with allergies since we moved to North Carolina and the care plan has been very easy to follow. I have a high maintenance, sassmouth hound with a heap of health problems. BCVH always treats her with deep compassion, care, and patience. Dr. Sabin and her team go above and beyond in identifying ways to help make my dog's very senior, very arthritic bones more comfortable, providing her a better quality and length of life. The number of times this team has called me with new research, investigated alternative meds, and/or personally checked in on her are too many to count. They are kind and care a lot. Plus, they are really lovely humans. Which is exactly what you want in a vet for a pet that is family. Even if that pet happens to be a dingdong of a dog like mine ;)
