From start to finish (now newly installed furnace and air conditioner), has been pleasant experience for such a big
discussion and purchase. The owner, Brian
was very helpful and answered all my questions as I weeded through the various bids I had. Although not the cheapest, the price/value ratio was a winner, and so far the customer service has
been high quality thanks to HVAC technicians Cole, Francis, and (name?). Office staff Bruce and McKenna in the office have been right on top of things..

yeah, TrustedHearth Air Duct Services costs a bit more than the cheap options. But the chimney waterproofing was done right and it's held up. No high-pressure sales pitch at all. The tech answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Do yourself a favor and pay for the quality.
Edwardo and John were a top-notch team They installed ac and heating units. Super-efficient and professional. Clean install and clean workplace. We were very impressed, but we are always impressed with Bull Mountain Heating and Cooling. Quite simply, the best.
It was easy to schedule a maintenace call with Bull Mountain and the technician, Daiton was great. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He also replaced the filter for a very reasonable cost.
