Bulldog Carpet Cleaning

Jake was on-time, professional and informative regarding the carpet cleaning services he provided.

Great service today. Very detailed, on time, and carpets were not left soaking wet. Joe is great , professional, hard working, and took his time.

I've used Bulldog Carpet Cleaning for many years. I'm updating this review because I just got my carved Tibetan wool area rug back and it is beautiful again! I don't even want to walk on it lol As always, a couple weeks ago when they picked up the rug, they also cleaned the carpeting in the bedrooms. They were… Read full review

First step, carpet cleaning. Next step, scotch guard rake in to protect the carpet. They did an awesome job yet again. We have been using Bulldog Carpet Cleaning for our carpets and rugs for years, and we refer them to our customers. If you are located in the South Suburbs and need a reputable carpet cleaner, we highly recommend Randy Clumpner at Bulldog.

Joe did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They look great. He arrived on time, very professional and friendly. He definitely takes pride in his work. Bulldog also cleaned my 8 by 10 Ruggable and it looks like brand new. Thank you!

Matt was excellent with the area rug cleaning. I had 4 rugs cleaned, Matt did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this company. He was on time & the price is very reasonable.

I took in four area rugs to be cleaned. The service was exceptional and the rugs we’re very clean. I felt the price was very fair for the work done. I talked to them about a fifth rug that had yellow stripping in it that wasn’t there when I originally bought the rug, but was appearing. I showed them pictures and… Read full review

I wasn’t expecting much because this rug was not an expensive area rug but we really liked it in our bedroom… They did the most amazing job. Beautiful it looks brand new.

Timely, kept you in the loop, provided appropriate information and end result was just perfect. Add in that I felt they were professional and reasonably priced

Excellent customer service - they did a great job! Thank you!!

Excellent service! Cleaned several of my small area rugs, including one with dog stain. The turnaround was excellent and very much appreciated on short notice. Highly recommend.

Matt was our service technician. He was wonderful! Explaining everything he was going to do and what was included in his services. He did a great job moving furniture where needed and moving everything back to its original place. Carpets came out fantastic! We will use Bulldog again!

100% satisfaction here. 2 area rugs, promised within 2 weeks was ready for pickup in 1 ….looked brand new!

I’ve had Bulldog deep clean two wool rugs, and both times the experience has been top notch. They are friendly and professional, and they explain pricing and manage expectations from the beginning. The turnaround is fast, and I’m very pleased with the results. The first rug had been urinated on by a dog, and they… Read full review

I will definitely be recommending this company to any family or friends that are looking to have area rugs picked up and cleaned! I also had them clean bedrooms and living room carpets.

My carpets definitely look brighter but my previous carpet cleaners(they retired due to age) used to get on their hands and knees and go around the baseboards. They also would “rake” the carpet to like fluff it up.

Another great job done by Bulldog. I highly recommend them. Fran McInerney.

Had my living room , front room and stairs cleaned . Looks fabulous. Jake always does a fantastic job !! I highly recommend Bull Dog carpet cleaning .

Bulldog picked up my 10x13 area rug and brought it back looking like new. They were prompt, professional and did a wonderful job with the rug. It was clean and had no chemical or cleaner odor when it was returned. I will definitely use Bulldog again!

Very pleased with Bulldog Rug Service. The men were very helpful and friendly. The two rugs are nice and clean. The bedroom carpet's look amazing. Our furniture came out better than we thought. We will have them again.****

On time, professional and great service and reasonably priced.

I can't speak more highly of these guys. Randy (the owner) was very personable and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Honest and professional. Very happy with the outcome of all of my area rugs -- including hand-woven wool rugs from Mexico, which had to be cleaned by hand and carefully handled to prevent bleeding. Highly recommend… Read full review

This is the only company I trust to clean my area rugs! They are absolutely meticulous. They cleaned 2 Persian carpets for me - one an antique that had not been cleaned in over 60 years. Not only did they get it beautifully clean, they did so without damaging the delicate fibers and dyes in any way. The colors… Read full review

Extremely professional. This is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. I highly recommend them. They cleaned area rugs off site and carpet in 5 rooms of our home. Excellent work! carpets look brand new.

This company is top notch! Great prices, great work, professional and timely.

I have 2 area rugs and let's just say with two puppies in the house and 3 years of not getting them cleaned they went from being a white rug to a dark gray. I reached out to Bulldog and inquired and they responded quickly! I set up an appointment and utilized the pickup and drop-off service. They texted me when… Read full review

Awesome service! Our carpets look great. Showed up on time. Sent reminders for their service. Easy and convenient. We're in and out of my home in less than two hours. My husband also used them to clean his office. Very reasonable in price and did a great job.

We've used Bulldog several times and they've been great every time. Very thorough, professional, and punctual. We've had our carpets, area rugs and furniture cleaned with amazing results.

Very professional and on time.

Outstanding service all the way around. Easy to get appointment for pickup, they were prompt and professional. Cleaning and return delivery were as promised. They were very thorough to ensure rugs were placed back where they belonged. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were able to remove stains other cleaning services could not remove, pricing beat all others, and they left me with a bottle of spot/ stain remover. Highly recommend!

I cannot believe how great my rug looks after this cleaning. They were able to remove the spilled soup stain and even old pet stains. It looks brand new!

They picked up and delivered 2 area rugs. Communication was great and I was extremely pleased with the results. My rugs look like new again.

We have used Bulldog Carpet Cleaning three times now and their work is impeccable. We chose the pick up and delivery option and it made it all so easy. Our Oriental carpets came back restored to their vibrant colors. They were mindful of our furniture and positioned the rugs to our wishes. THANK YOU BULLDOG CARPET CLEANING FOR GREAT WORK.

The cleaning technician was knowledgeable and educated me on what he did to get the job done and was respectful in protecting my floors and walls from hoses brought into my home.

I’ve had my area rugs cleaned by different companies over the years. After recently having them cleaned by bulldog carpet cleaning my area rugs looked remarkably clean better then any other time. I would highly recommend them.

This is my 2nd time using the services. I like the fact they p/u and deliver. They were courteous, professional and easy to deal with. Try them you won't be disappointed.

Bulldog Carpet Cleaning was finally a company I worked with that delivered on what they promised in a timely fashion and with quality. From scheduling, pricing, to communication during the process, everything Bulldog did was much appreciated. I was sour on some other recent vendors I used, but Bulldog is how a… Read full review

We were very pleased with the professional service that Matt and Luke provided. Also, Ashley was also very helpful when we scheduled the cleaning. We have tried other carpet cleaning companies and found that our carpets were cleaned, but became dirtier much sooner.

This is the second time we have used Bulldog and we will continue to use them for all our future cleanings. Matt was awesome. Very professional when he came out to give us a quote.
