Thanks so much, Steven. It was great working with you, and I appreciated the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, radon test, and sewer scope on your home in the Orchard Creek subdivision of Harrisonville, MO.
And thanks so much for recommending me to your friends, colleagues, and family. Wishing you many happy years in your new home. ~ Steve

Thanks so much, John. It was great working with you, and I appreciated the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, radon test, and sewer scope on your home in the Walnut Creek subdivision of North Kansas City, MO.
By the way, smart move getting that radon test done. Not everyone thinks to test for it, and yours came back high, so now you have a real number to work with before you close.
Wishing you a smooth closing. ~ Steve
Steve is great! Couldn't recommend him enough! He was super friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. Also answered any questions we had and kept it honest with us. He gave us alot of peace of mind when buying our home as first time home buyers. Buying a home is scary but Steve was professional and really broke down all the info we needed to move forward. Would 100% use Bulldog Professional Inspection Services again!

Thanks so much, Daniel. It was great working with you, and I appreciated the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, radon test, and sewer scope on your new home in the Evanston Golf Lands subdivision of Independence, MO.
Glad I could give you some peace of mind.
Congratulations on your first home, and I'll be here if you need anything down the road. ~ Steve
We ordered the full home inspection, termite inspection, electronic radon testing, and sewer scope for our new home in Kansas City, Kansas. This was my first experience using Bulldog Professional Inspection Services, and I was extremely pleased with the entire process.
Steve Rodriguez did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and why it mattered. I especially appreciated the wrap-up because I had plenty of questions, and I never felt rushed. He helped me understand the difference between normal maintenance items and things that deserved more attention.
The inspection report was excellent. It was delivered promptly, was well organized, easy to understand, and included photos and clear explanations. The major-item and maintenance summaries were particularly helpful because they allowed me to quickly identify the important issues without having to interpret a highly technical report on my own.
One thing that stood out was the level of detail. This wasn’t just someone walking through the house checking boxes. The inspection covered the home from top to bottom, and the findings gave me a much better understanding of the property I was purchasing. The roof findings in particular were important and gave me information I could act on before closing.
I would absolutely recommend Bulldog Professional Inspection Services to friends and family. The biggest reason is simple: I came away feeling much more informed and confident about the home I was buying. When you’re making an investment this large, that’s exactly what you want from an inspector.
Please pass along my thanks to Steve for a job well done.

Thanks so much for the kind and thoughtful words, King. It really means alot. Especially since you were out-of-state and didn't have the chance to attend.
Over the years, I've learned it's crucial that my buyers can read the report without the need for myself or an agent to step in. As I like to say, I try to write in a way even my 72-year-old hippie mom would understand (love you, mom!).
By the way, smart move getting that radon test done. Not everyone thinks to do it, but now you have the chance to address the high level before closing.
Anyway, congratulations on your new home, King. Thanks again for your time to leave this review and I'll be here if you need anything down the road. ~ Steve
Reliable and trustworthy! We were able to get rather extensive inspections done for a price that was well worth it! An absolutely top tier professional, incredibly happy with the services provided and to have such detailed reports on hand! Totally over the moon!

Thanks so much, Rae! I'm glad you're happy and I appreciated the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, radon test, and sewer scope on your new home in the Hidden Hills subdivision of Spring Hill, KS.
By the way, smart move getting that sewer scope. Not many homebuyers want to check the sewer line on a new-construction home but I've seen some crazy things happen and it's always better to find out before you move in.
Congratulations and all the best in your new home. ~ Steve
Very professional with an awesome sense of humor. He answered all of our questions and gave advice on how to fix problems. Went above and beyond!
The most memorable moment was his business card! Book your appointment with bulldog, you’ll leave with answers and most likely a smile on your face! 10/10

Thanks so much, Cassidy. I appreciated the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, radon test, and sewer scope on the 98-year-old ranch style investor flip in the Sanders Addition subdivision of Creighton, MO.
At Bulldog home inspections, I always try to explain things clearly and give practical advice on how to handle whatever comes up.
By the way, smart move getting that sewer scope done on a home this old. Some buyers don't think about what's happening underground until a clog or backup forces the issue, so knowing ahead of time saves a lot of headaches.
Glad I could help and give you a laugh. ~ Steve
Very professional and high-quality inspection. Steve was excellent in explaining and delivering a detailed report overnight to aid in our house-buying decision. We highly recommend his services and would use Bulldog again in a heartbeat.

I always try to explain things clearly and get your report back fast.
Glad to hear it made a difference and I'd love to help out next time you need my services. ~ Steve
I referred Steve, with Bulldog Professional Inspection Services, to my client for a home inspection and radon testing. He is very knowledgeable, professional and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. His report was done the same day and was very detailed. I have referred Steve to another client, and he had the same experience.

Thanks so much, Toni. It was great working with you again and having the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, and radon test in the Covington Court subdivision of Olathe, KS for your buyer.
Really glad to hear things went well. That means a lot, and I'll be here for the next one. ~ Steve
Thanks so much, James. I appreciated the chance to perform a full home inspection, termite inspection, radon test, and sewer scope on your investment property in the Cherokee Hills subdivision of Overland Park, KS.
By the way, smart move getting that radon test done. The level doesn't always come back high (only about 40%-45% of the time), but when it does, it's good to know.
Thanks again and I'll be here if you need anything down the road. ~ Steve
Very thorough took his time went through everything. And he explained everything. Used him twice now and would use him again.

Thanks so much, Brian. I appreciated the chance to work with you again and perform a full home inspection and termite inspection on your home in Paola, KS.
It's part of my job to go through the home carefully, explain the things that matter most, and answer your questions when it's over. Especially when the home is vacant, in the country, with an incomplete seller's disclosure, while it's raining, and it's 126 years old.
Glad to have your trust twice now. I'll be here for the next one too. ~ Steve
