Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, professional communication, and thorough cleanup after services like tree removal and trimming. Recurring themes include quick response times, competitive pricing, and friendly, knowledgeable crews who arrive on schedule. However, low-star reviews indicate occasional issues with scheduling follow-ups and missed confirmation calls, particularly regarding estimate timelines.

Angel and his crew did excellent job trimming three tall palm trees. And cleaned up nicely!
Thank you, Carl! We appreciate your feedback and are glad we could help.
Really the best! i am so completely blown away by how great of an experience we had this Bunyon Bros. Within an hour of asking for a quote Bill contacted me, came by same day, and provided a formal quote same day. He was extremely professional, kind, and well informed. We got quotes from a few other Tree services just to make sure cost were correct, not having done tree work in a few years, and they were about 10-20% below competitors. Approving the quote was easy with the admin team responding to emails within minutes and answering all questions promptly. They scheduled me straight away with almost no wait for service, showed up right on time and did a morning meeting with me and the crew to make sure everything was clear, the whole team worked very hard all day and we couldn't believe the pace they kept. They had the right equipment to do the job and we still can't believe how quick they worked. They even trimmed a couple other trees while on sight for a very fair price. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone at Bunyon Bros.
Thank you so much for your amazing review! We're thrilled to hear you had such a great experience with Bill and the entire team. We truly appreciate your trust and support, and we're grateful for the opportunity to help. Thanks again for choosing Bunyon Bros.!
We called Bunion Brothers, and Ron the owner of the company came out gave us an estimate. He sent his crew to remove a 20 foot tree from our yard. They took care of it and about an hour they were friendly professional their equipment was top-notch and they’re good at what they do. I would recommend this to anybody if you need a tree removed or anything like that I recommend them highly, and the price was very reasonable.. Elden
What an incredible experience. This company went way out of their way to make my experience a good one. They could’ve used their stump grinder and made a mess and packed up and left. But no, the gentleman did it all by hand. Didn’t compromise any of my irrigation. I would recommend these folks anytime and would rate them 10 out of 10
Thank you for the kind words Dan! We appreciate the feedback. So glad to hear you had a good experience.
Bunyan Bros does a great job. Everyone arrives on time and they are always pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend their service
Thank you Maryellen! Always a pleasure doing business with you
Absolutely amazing from start to finish . Answered all of my questions, walked around all the trees and discussed everything to be done. Polite , curious and did a beautiful job. Our property was cleaned and raked even blew off our roof for any leftover branches and leaves. Exciting to see our view that our very overgrown tree's were hiding .
Thanks Mike! We appreciate the feedback. Enjoy the view
3rd time I've used them. 2 big jobs, one small one. Took out five dead pines first time. Today pruned the hell out of an Italian Stone Pine and took out a dead oak and a coyote bush. I know there's the expression "Work Smarter, Not Harder." These guys work hard and smart. Though they work hard, their system of labor cuts down on needless labor waste. Impressed by their winch to chipper setup, which allows them to drag down large branches on a steep hill by machine, not arms.
Hi Mike. We appreciate your review and are pleased to hear the crew gave your jobs their best. We'll be sure to let them know you were happy with their teamwork and look forward to working with you again.
This is the second time we’ve hired Bunyon Bros.to cut down beetle-infested pines and trim most of the other trees on our property. Crew 2 worked diligently on our job for two full 85°-95° days. Miserable temperatures to be doing tree work! They trimmed 14 oaks that looked scraggly and needed to be tidied up! They trimmed a variety of other trees, including CA pepper, jacarandas, liquid amber, sycamore, deodar cedar, ornamental plum, and fruit trees. All the trees look so much better after their “haircuts”! Crew 2 did a great job! Every man on the team handled a specific task in the whole tree removal and trimming process. They worked together efficiently, and were professional and respectful around our home and property. They cleaned up all the wood and debris before they left. The cleaned-up oaks especially, look graceful and majestic, really improving the appearance of our property. We would hire Bunyon Bros. again! Tree work is an investment, and their company provides a good value for the money.
Thank you so much for the review. Our crews definitely take pride in their work, rain or extreme shine. We'll be sure to share this with Crew #2 and look forward to helping you with future projects.
Great experience. On Time. On Budget. Reasonable. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Highly Recommend. Thanks Bunyon crew.
Thank you, Jack! We love to see our crew in action and are so glad we were able to help
