Reviewers often note that the team responds quickly to inquiries and explains work thoroughly, though some low-star comments indicate a pattern of missed phone calls and a refusal to provide quotes for certain service requests.

Had Burke Electric come out and run new power lines to an exterior garage. Work was done well and on time. I had him come back to replace a breaker box. I will continue to use them in the future for all my electrical work. Him and his team are true professionals.

Josh and Kerry deserve a huge shout out! We recently purchased a home and Burke Electric was recommended by our realto. They were able to provide a quote based off the inspection report for negotiations. We had them out to fix some minor issues that popped up on the report. However, while on-site they were able to identify incorrect wiring issues that the prior owner (a renovation company) had advertised doing. We were able to go back to the seller with all of the information provided by Josh and his team. Because of their efforts we were able to recoup money from the seller to cover the cost of the repair. I appreciate their support during the negotiations despite them being super busy. We will definitely be using them again!
Could not be more impressed with the work we had done (3 ceiling fans installed, light fixtures replaced, and exterior outlets added). In addition to the work being done well, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and kept us updated through the process. Thank you!
We had a great experience with Burke Electric from quote to execution.
Adam was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also very courteous and mindful of all of our pets.
We would absolutely recommend Adam and Burke Electric!!!
The Burke Electric team was quick in response and diagnosis of a potential fire causing issue in my kitchen. Had Adam to my house the next morning. He updated the plug/diagnosed the issue and made sure the service box was in good shape as well. Have had them work in my house twice. 109% satisfaction both times.
They were awesome. Once I emailed and text him,he got right back to me right away. which that says a lot right there.Kerry was who came out He was such a nice guy. Easy to talk to, professional and explained everything to me so I understood what was happening. They are great people to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for any electrical work that you may need done
We recently had several parking lot lights and other electrical issues in our community that needed attention. Burke Electric promised to be onsite within 48 hours, but they exceeded expectations and were able to schedule us the very next day.
Their professionalism is unmatched. They show up when they say they will, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs correctly and fully in compliance with electrical code. They also provide clear recommendations so we can make informed decisions for the community.
Burke Electric has earned our full trust, and they will be our go‑to electrician for all current and future community needs. Honest, reliable, and highly skilled—exactly what you want in an electrical contractor.
I contacted Burke Electric to take care of an issue with my meter pulling away from my house. I received a very quick response to my questions and from my initial conversation everything was very professional. I was scheduled within days and when Adam showed up he was prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and took care of everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Burke as I will be using them again in the future.
Josh responded promptly to my request for quote; he and Adam arrived the next day. They were both professional, personable, and explained everything well. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out to Burke Electric for any future electrical repair needs.
