From a service standpoint, I cannot recommend this firm, at all. After spending thousands of dollars to do a will and trust, I found my instructions and wishes were not followed as discussed and which were written down and provided. Furthermore, when I requested that a name of a beneficiary be changed, a seemingly quick and easy thing to do, I was quoted $700 to make it. When I questioned the cost and asked if it could be done for less given the simplicity of my request, they stopped responding. I noticed also that I didn't have a copy of the will that wasn't sealed in an envelope that I was told not to open, so I went into the office to request it. I was told the attorney would give me a call about it. Seems like a pretty simple request, yet after 4 business days I still haven't heard back. I found another attorney to make the name change, along with fixing other things that weren't done properly, for less than half what they wanted to charge. I'm so disappointed.

Andrew Smith was amazing! Everything was so smooth and he and his team made things so easy. So thankful for their hard work in getting the best possible outcome for my family.

If you want support navigating famiy law involving child custody, you will be pleased to have work with this firm in that they look out for the best interest of the child, are trustworthy, and will give you honest feedback no matter what. They are never focused on leading you down a iligitimate path that will just caught money or is unethical like other firms may do! Virgina and Stephanie are smart and ethical.

I would highly recommend Stephanie Holguin, and her paralegal Laurey Marsh, to everyone. They were responsive, professional, smart, and caring. They showed nothing but the utmost respect for me. I felt so much better about this stressful time with them on my side. The support staff was also wonderful to work with.

Worst law firm I've ever seen. I would not recommend them to anyone. Actually nothing went right with them, and they can't even keep track of their own receipts. I had to send them photos of my copies. Definitely get receipts of all payments made!!

Be very careful using this firm. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Jennifer the office manager found it appropriate to call me to complain about my one star review while I am dealing with death of both my parents. She said she didn't realize what I was going through even though she claims she knows what probate is for. Its not for birthdays Jenny. This will be reported also.
