I had a great experience with Ian from Davies Heating and Plumbing. He came out the same day I called, which was a huge relief given the urgency of my issue. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done.

What stood out most was how friendly and respectful he was throughout the visit—he didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was handled
