Customers frequently praise the store for professional installation, punctual service, and clear communication regarding new fireplace and grill setups. Recurring themes include technicians demonstrating equipment operation and maintaining clean work areas. However, low-star reviews highlight concerns about installation errors, such as improper clearances or broken components, and dissatisfaction with policies that charge for follow-up visits outside a specific timeframe.

Matt & Bob from Burlington Fireplace installed a gas insert this week. I am very happy with all the interactions I had with everyone at BF. They are very customer focused. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Matt & Bob were friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. Very excited to be able to use my fireplace again.

Had great service earlier this year and appreciated them walking me through a quick fix over the phone, in an effort to save me the service charge! Will be my first call for anything fire place related.

Matt & Jett did a phenomenal job installing our gas insert. They were extremely professional and meticulous. We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace. This is our second time using Burlington Fireplace & Solar (we also had a gas grill installed) and both of our experiences have been amazing. I recommend Burlington Fireplace & Solar to everyone I know!

We would like to sincerely thank Burlington Fireplace & Solar for a fantastic experience with our new Napoleon Grill purchase and installation! Our project started with Zach in Sales, who was very knowledgeable and after visiting our patio, understood exactly what we were looking for in the replacement of our old built in grill. The site crew (Mason, Dylan and Ricky) showed up at our home and followed through with a beautiful, seamless installation. We couldn’t be more pleased with the project. Hats off to all at Burlington Fireplace & Solar!
