I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp for a little over a month now, and I absolutely love it. The coaches are always encouraging and pushing you to do your best each session, whether that means improving your form or challenging yourself to go a little heavier when you’re ready. If you’re looking to improve your health and want that extra push in a supportive community, Burn Boot Camp is the place to be.

Love Burn Boot Camp so much!!

Burn Boot Camp Flowood is fantastic! Both the trainers and other patrons are fantastic people that help inspire me to reach my fitness goals and explore outside them. In the short amount of time I’ve been a member, I’ve already seen major progress and could not have done it with out them.
