Really appreciate Victoria and the team at Burnett Automotive. She gave me a competitive quote, price-matched to the local market and best of all they offer a 6 month, 3 year or lifetime warranty on their alignment. That was the deciding factor for me. The front office staff were pleasant and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Burnett Automotive!

My battery was dead upon returning home. I called my Burnett Automotive center and they came out the same day. They jump started the car and they replaced the battery which was under warranty for only a labor charge at their shop. All done in less than hour. They were totally professional and extremely courteous and helpful. I have been using them for the 11 years I have been living here.

I've been taking my 2008 Civic to Burnett for years. The best thing about the mechanics is that they don't try to sell you anything you don't need; in fact they dispelled my concern about needing new tires, assuring me that I wouldn't need to do it for several months,. When I finally did need the tires, someone stayed on the phone with me for 10 minutes, researching the safest and most cost effective option. Great service, great work.

Brought in my 2017 CR-V with an intermittent acceleration issue that was hard to reproduce. They stuck with it, found a cylinder 2 misfire, and confirmed a failed head gasket with a borescope inspection. They even flagged Honda's warranty extension (TSB 26-098) which is covering the repair. Honest, thorough diagnosis — highly recommend.

I had an ABS module problem that can be very expensive. The real problem was air in the brake line which was identified, fixed, and saved me both money and worry. Their shuttle service was a real help. Great automobile service!

Very honest people to work with. We went in with a diagnosed problem from a dealer and after inspection by Burnett they said they could not find anything that would warrant the work suggested from the dealer. It is refreshing to work with an auto repair company you can trust. Definitely will be my go to auto repair.
