I just moved to the area and my extended family here typically has my uncle do all of our auto work, but when this issue stumped him, this is the only shop my family recommended. The service was quick, professional, and honest. I would go again next time

Bought new tires at Costco who sells tires but cannot do alignments (makes no sense). We have used Burnett in the past and called them and set an appointment. I arrived earlier than my appointment and they worked me in no problem. I logged in to their free WiFi and started some work. They gave me the diagnostic and told me the current alignment was essentially dead on. No adjustments required. My tire pressure management system was showing low air in one of the new tires. They adjusted it via the touchscreen in the car and verified it was inflated properly but the system requires you to also update inside the vehicle. They pulled the car around and said it would be no charge. Personally, I think I owe them for their time and labor and would have gladly paid for the peace of mind. This is why they get 5-stars and we will for sure be back!! Thank you Burnett at 147th and Metcalf!

I needed a battery for my '22 4 Runner. I discussed with Burnett Automotive over the phone and ended up scheduling an appointment for that afternoon. In and out in 30 minutes. Great service, very clean and comfortable waiting area, great magazine selection, AND $1 cold beverage machine!!!!
