⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from a Veteran-Owned Company That Truly Cares! I don’t often write reviews, but when a company goes above and beyond the way Burton Plumbing did, I believe they deserve recognition. I called on a Saturday needing my water heater replaced, and to my surprise, they were able to come out that very same day and install a new tankless water heater. From my very first conversation with Jennifer on the phone to meeting Teague and his crew, the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Teague and his crew took pride in their work, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out to me was that they noticed several issues left behind by a previous plumber and took the time to correct them at no additional charge. They didn’t have to do that, and I wouldn’t have expected them to. That kind of honesty, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction says a lot about the people behind the business. As a retired Army veteran, I especially appreciate supporting a veteran-owned company that continues to support those who serve. Burton Plumbing offers discounts to military members, first responders, and law enforcement, which is something I personally value and respect. In a time when it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find dependable contractors who stand behind their work, Burton Plumbing is a refreshing exception. They showed up when I needed them, treated me with respect, did excellent work, and went above and beyond what was expected. Jennifer, Teague, and the entire crew, thank you for your professionalism, integrity, and outstanding service. Very pleased with Caleb who checked our gas dryer for a possible gas leak. Thankfully he put our mind at ease and we have no leak! It seems the smell was related to the fact that the dryer had not been used for a long time before we moved in. Thank you!

I called Burton Plumbing last night. They gave me the financial specifics of pursuing both an emergency service vs waiting until the AM. They then scheduled someone to come early in the AM. Their service tech (Matt) was excellent - articulate with his explanation of what he was going to do, his thoroughness and speed of performance. Definitely using Burton again!

Unfortunately, we needed a quick repair for our shower/tub faucet. They came, left the job unfinished and incorrect. My husband had to get him to come back in and get him to finish the job. We asked for partial money back (plus we should have gotten military discount), they refused because we had already had it fixed after they didn't respond to us and gave us the run around for a week. They also only responded to my husband calling over and over, not to me - a female, and the one phone call they did respond to me they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and avoided talking about all of the mistakes. Don't take responsibility for their mistakes, overpriced, don't actually care about veterans, and horrible customer service. The owner berated my husband telling him how great a business he runs, but last time I checked you don't have to tell someone how great your business is if you actually have one. Avoid this business at all costs, especially if you are a woman.

The worker left the job unfinished, incorrect, and left us with a mess to clean up. Unfortunately, we recognize that it was last minute so we were unable to get quotes and find more companies. We contacted them immediately the next day after curing, and asked for partial money back or someone to fix it. They stopped answering us, so we fixed it. We contacted them for a week, couldn't provide us with an itemized bill, and they gave us the run around and finally told us they were not refunding money, even though the job was left wrong. Overpriced and won't take responsibility for mistakes.
