My plumbing had multiple issues..ultimately needing a whole replumb..a complex job requiring 2 long days of installation. Grayson and Joe were the best team I've ever worked with. Excellent service, and although they don't give you an EXACT appointment time, it's because they want to spend the appropriate time necessary with each customer and correct problems as they are found. Technician Chandler was awesome, explain everything thoroughly and in easy to understand terms and gave recommendations for future expenses and potential items that may need to be replaced . A+ company! Definitely Keeping Them.

Daniel was nice enough, and took care of plumbing maintenance efficiently, but when cleaning out shower drain as he recommended, he chipped a tile. He said his manager would call to get this fixed.

This is one of the worst plumbing experiences I have ever encountered. First, it took him two days to get the toilet unclogged. On the second day, he brought a helper who ended up flushing the toilets multiple times after I told him not to filling them up, which then he had to drain. When they finally got the drain unplugged, they got everything packed up and left, and then I walked down in the basement and they had flooded the basement because they did not drain the toilet all the way before they pulled it off, and they didn’t tell me this, so I had to remove a bunch of drywall and insulation. Furthermore, it clogged back up in a week. I had to call a different company, and they told me that they did not actually finish unclogging the drain, but they just poked a little hole in it. They never bothered to look with the camera or anything to follow up. I really question whether these people know what they’re doing. So if you would like to have to do thousands of dollars in repairs for having flood damage below where they pull a toilet, and like to hire another plumber to pay the same amount afterwards, then this is the great place to get started..

My capacitor died on my HVAC unit late at night. With a 4 year old in the house, the house was heating up quick and there just wasn’t any ability to go and get the parts myself. I called five different 24 hour hvac service companies and Busy Bee was the only one to give immediate assistance. The others had nothing until the afternoon of the next day. Holden gave me a call, talked through the potential issue, and came right over. Not only was he extremely timely and professional, he had to get creative with a temporary fix to make the fan work for the night and came by the very next day to install the size I actually needed. His service, his personality, and his ability to problem solve has earned a loyal customer from me. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone in the area.
