Came on time. Kenny and Jorge did a great job explaining the whole pumping out process and hydro cleaning of my tank and pipes. They fixed my problem and cleaned up when done. Good guys. Would highly recommend Busy Bee for any of your septic issues.

Fast response and great service

Vinny the owner was amazing knowledgeable hands on Jeremy was amazing as well Liz was excellent communicating I highly recommend this company will definitely use them again !! We had an emergency and they responded quickly got the problem solved quickly !!

I had issues with my sewage pump on the weekend. I called Busy Bee and left a message. Within 10 minutes my call was returned and a technician was at my house within the hour. He was friendly and professional, and explained everything he was doing to fix my issue. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The team was great. They were on site within a day, explained everything that was causing the issue, and had us back up and running quickly. They sent photos of all the work along with the invoice. I would highly recommend them for service.

I called Busy Bee for a sewer pipe repair at a rental property in Maybrook. They responded immediately were able to schedule and complete the job within days. These guys are great! Came in less than 24hrs to fix my full and clogged septic tank. In fact, when I called, Vinny offered to walk me through the fix of the clog so we would be able to use our system while we wait for them the following day.
