Busy Beez has been amazing. From the communication side of things, they are so polite and quick to respond to any questions. And in regards to the actual cleaning service, they do an excellent job. Our cleaner, Rachel, cleans our home like I would clean it—and I can be a bit of a perfectionist! She is so easy to interact with, and she is kind to my family whenever we are around while she works. We have been so happy with the company as a whole and especially with Rachel. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
Update: I wrote the above about 10 months ago, and I am happy to report that that we are still so happy with this company. We have a new cleaning technician—Jordan—and she does an amazing job. I was worried when our old technician was replaced, but Jordan has exceeded my expectations!
Update #2: Still with Busy Beez! Our new cleaning technician, Brianna, is just as great as our first two. So thankful!
Update #3: I just wanted to update my review, bc we have a new cleaning tech again—Autumn. She does a fabulous job. I have never had a complaint about her work. It is such a blessing. So thankful.

I’ve been using busy beez for several years and am a very satisfied customer! After using independent cleaners for some time, I truly appreciate the consistency and quality of the cleaning crew! If my regular girl is on vacation, someone else steps in. That’s really helpful & you can tell the employees are taken care of as well. Thanks BB!
