Excellent service from Butler Consultants and Brian. They worked quickly, and accurately. There is a bit of "intake", which is good. They want your mission statement, vision, some financials, and everything else specific to your deal. They then conduct the market research, provide IBIS data, and put everything together in a cohesive way. Brian is also very responsive to corrections/suggestions, and that work was done very quickly and precisely. Models and the plan in general seem very suited for bank underwriting, everything is pretty smooth. Overall great experience.
