Butler replaced AC/Heating unit. Will, Jose and Isaac did a fabulous job. It is highly unusual now days to see true professionals at work. What a joy.
I don't normally leave bad reviews for any business that I have dealt with in the past , I have been waiting patiently for an estimate that I never got it's been since Thursday August 20th 2026 although I was told by Miguel that I would receive the estimate no later than Tuesday August 26 , when Miguel and William came to my house in Rio Rancho to give me an estimate on a new A/C heater combo unit ,they did great job that day walking my attic to access the duct work from my existing evaporator and Heating unit we talked about the size of unit the location of the condenser unit adding another return air grill for more air flow adding another register in one room and replacing all existing registers with more efficient registers I was excited to receive that estimate because I was leaning towards having Butter do the new install for the simple fact the two other companies that gave me estimates prior, were not as thorough on communication and explaining my needs to me! I'm not sure if it was because I asked if they provided financing, unfortunately these days it's hard to come up with thousands of dollars for upgrades or home repairs i just that this was very unprofessional, so whomever is the owner of Butler should know how I feel cause it's been on my mind
Hello Ray, I'm really sorry we fell short here and did not get you an estimate in a timely manner. I am glad our guys did a thorough job in the walkthrough, explaining everything that would be needed to install an effective system. We pride ourselves on the thoroughness of our estimates. Alas, we did not do the follow up and get back with you on the pricing in the timeline we gave you. We are working on additional resources here in our office to provide more timely estimates. We will be reaching back out to you and hope to earn your business.
Great attention to service. Above and beyond.
Thank you for your business and for your review! Glad we could be of service.

As a real estate professional, I’m very selective about who I recommend—and Butler Sheet Metal consistently delivers. Reliable, reasonably priced, and great to work with. I’ve used them personally and referred them many times with excellent feedback every time.
Thank you for leaving us a review, Alex! We work hard to provide the very best service and we are so glad to hear about the positive results on your end. Thank you for your business and referrals!
Anthony and Xavier were super efficient and friendly. Gave some great insight on my swamp cooler (I’m a transplant from non-swamp cooler land!), and put up with my big loud dogs.
