I recently advertised a home “for sale by owner”. The home was owned by an estate for which I was the executor. I placed a a FSBO sign in the yard and marked it for sale on Zillow. One of the very first calls I received was from Brittany Moon. She explained that she had a client interested in viewing the home. I almost told her “ no thanks” because it was so early in the process and I was trying to avoid paying real estate commissions. Allowing her to show the home turned out to be a wise decision. She quickly presented a fair offer with reasonable considerations. We came to an agreement on a contract. Ms Moon was professional, knowledgeable and reasonable and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I had previously sold properties FSBO, she helped to insure that the offer, to contract to closing went smoothly. I would recommend her services even if you are a FSBO seller.
