Review#2 I feel the need to follow up on my initial review. I was livid that day. The COO of the company called me and personally apologized for our poor experience. She accepted responsibility for the multiple failures pertaining to our initial appointment. She asked if we would be interested in an opportunity to try again through a TEAMS meeting. She was very polite and really seemed to take my concerns seriously. She assured me they had already been working on corrective measures. We had our initial meeting with Vince and Kayden. Vince was very personable and knowledgeable. We are hoping we made the right decision by giving them a second chance, and am hopeful things go well in the future. Review#1 Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Took the day off of work, and drove 2 hours for the consultation. We were told the advisor did not make it in and we would have to reschedule. We received no phone call letting us know our appointment at 10:30 was cancelled. Not impressed.

Extremely unorganized and incompetent. One of the biggest problems we had with them was related to taxes. The kept reassuring us how everything was in order but on the day tax filings were due it turned out they haven’t even looked at our file. As a result we had thousands of dollars in late penalties and fees. We tried giving them a chance but things were not getting done so we had to hire another professional to avoid further penalties. And one of the guys on their team had the audacity to say “Well just go make some more money” instead of helping us through the chaos their accounting team had made. None of them offered any compensation or help to cover some of those penalties as a sorry. Please, have thorough discussions and constant communications if you want to work with these guys. But honestly, don’t waste your money because the minimal amount they’ve done for us, I could have done myself…

Had an absolutely amazing experience. So informative and helpful with all the difficult financial navigation needed to establish a solid plan to secure my financial future. Mitchell was beyond my expectations and incredibly helpful.
