I thought the chargers were a bit high for a simple washer replacement and a hose repair. Also, the toilet problem was misdiagnosed, the second Plumber sorted that out.
For this job, we provided an upfront quote before completing the work. Our team installed a bidet in the master bathroom and repaired an exterior hose spigot. We strive to provide quality workmanship and transparent service on every job.
From Menards I picked up a "hire a contractor" form, emailed the company and never heard from them.
We never want to miss the opportunity to help a customer. We were unable to locate an email inquiry and have contacted Menards to update the contact information they have on file. For the fastest response, we encourage customers to call our office directly at 440-933-8686 with any questions or service requests.
Subcontracted out the job to another company. Paid for a camera scope of drains. Then paid for a flush of the drains. Second guy was honest and said they didn’t fix the problem, asked his boss to reduce the price. The guy that ran the camera didn’t record, so who knows what the actual problem was. Mayes and Sons came out, not Butts Plumbing. I called Butts for another scope without any response.
I contacted Butts Plumbing after using another company to try to clean out my sewer line. The other company came and attempted to snake the line but said they couldn’t do it because something solid was blocking it. They said it was most likely due to a crushed pipe which would require thousands in repair costs. I contacted Butts and they sent someone the same day. Gene worked at it for over two hours but was able to clear the line, and for less cost than the other company. I definitely appreciate his effort. Butts will be my first call going forward.

work caused a leak on the property and damage. company is refusing to pay for damages. Contacted them multiple times with repair estimate and pictures of damages. Asked their worker Jenna to speak to owner, she refused

Was here to fix a slow drain. After fixing drain they tried to snake it to make sure it was draining properly. Snake wouldn't go through so they chizzled away my concrete before asking and said my pipe had collapsed. Called his boss, explained to him what happened and said they could fix it for $800. I asked could I pay $400 now and the rest at the end of the week and they said they needed all the money upfront. Now months later they won't return my phone call to fix the problem so now I have a worse problem because they left my basement in horrible shape.
Plumbing issues can be frustrating. However no monies were collected from this customer at any time. A third party paid for the work completed. If there are further questions, please contact the office and we would be happy to review the matter.
