Prompt and efficient service. Great follow-through with customer questions about service performed.
Excellent, fast, and professional service. Had them install a bathroom heater/vent along with new in-wall outlets. I had nothing but positive experiences with their staff. Only complaint would be some challenges in getting the language in the work order to match my request (or what I believe is my request).…
Very efficient. Easy to schedule. Reasonable price.
Highly recommend. BV installed two GFCI outlets for me. I emailed them on a Thursday, they came Friday morning, and were done in less than an hour. To access one of the outlets, they had to move a bookcase, which they did gently and without complaint. Stefan and Jose were both very friendly and enthusiastic. Will…
Great customer service with knowledgeable electricians. Got the appt fast and got it done in the time estimate they gave us!
These guys are great. Make no mistake about it. On time; courteous; professional, responsive, know their business.
BV Electric are the most professional electricians I have used in SF by a large margin. They are responsive, punctual and detail oriented (their inspection involved them taking multiple photos + measurements of the necessary work). They are priced reasonably for the level of service and I would definitely recommend…
Responsive, friendly, and quick to get the work done in a professional and high quality way. Highly recommended!
Here’s the deal…I had construction done in my home (6-8mos=3yrs of runaround!)…I fired them!. BV came thru for me ‘completing’ the initial electric install (1/2 done!) and did an incredible job of picking up where the 1st company left off. 100% completion! So I remembered how great BV was, I called them for help on…
Bv electric was a pleasure to work with. They returned my calls and emails promptly, gave me an accurate estimate, worked neatly and did every thing that need to be done and did it well. I will use them for any future work. Thank you BV!
Excellent quality. Very clean work. Really appreciated their efforts to complete a complicated job.
They came on time, did not waste time, and kept me informed throughout.
The BV crew was in on time, performed all the work efficiently, and left everything clean. Highly recommend!
Installed an exterior floodlight. 100% great, professional, finished quickly. Very impressed, always have a good experience with BV Electric.
Rigo and his team provided excellent electrical service to our kitchen remodel. They were considerate when they had to cut out large parts of our wall, by making straight cuts, making it easier for our painters to come in and add new dry wall. They were also very considerate of cleaning up afterwards. Rigo was kind…
Very Prompt! Jaime and John tracked down and solved the problem as it was not a simple blown outlet. They found the issue and repaired it. We now have power in the kitchen again.
On the day of the electrical visit I received a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival the team showed up and was very friendly, respectful of my property, and took a few minutes to allow me to explain my issue before getting started. After viewing the problem areas the team was able to diagnose the…
BV Electric is a joy to work with. Samuel Castillo, Armando Gonzalez, and the whole team were professional, timely, and responsible, and easy to work with. I recommend them and would definitely use them again for any of my electrical needs.
We’ve used BV for years, and have always been very happy with their work.
Rigo and Gus were excellent. They fixed the problem professionally and made the wiring connections safe. They did an outstanding job.
It was easy to make an appointment and they were actually early. He fixed my light very quickly and the rate was reasonable.
Our electrician was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The team was very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to ensure everything (light fixtures, switch locations, etc) was set up to my preferences. They explained everything clearly. Really great experience
They came with a team of 5 electricians. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and did the work in 6 hours. Super impressed!
Had a minor electrical problem in the kitchen; they resolved it in 20 minutes and the rate charged was reasonable. Response to my initial call was very quick and I felt that they valued their customers throughout the entire experience.
Rapid installation. Nice guys with clear expertise. Will def use again.
Rico was a very professional license electrician! He was on time and patiently explained it to me why I needed to have a certain outlet installed. I would highly recommended him.
Rigo and team were professional. On time and answered my questions and gave good suggestions. The entire company is very professional and very experienced. Rigo is so upbeat and happy that he makes the job much more enjoyable. Had a lot of different services needed and he was on top of everything.
Great work and service. Very pleased. And they fit my rush job in with one day's notice. Highly recommend.
Very efficient, provided a good option for improving the lighting in an old bathroom. The work was done quickly , the lighting made the room look larger .
Lucas and Francisco did a great job with the new outlet installation. They added a GFCI outlet to my master bathroom. The installation was quick, professional and clean. The invoice price matched the estimate. I chose BV electric because they were willing to do an in-person estimate instead of a virtual…
Just terrific to work on a project with BV.They have outstanding service, knowledge and follow through which is unique to find these days. Definitely highly recommend.
Rigoberto and Gustavo, and the entire team at BV Electric are true professionals. From my first inquiry online to the estimate to the service date. communication was timely and great, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail like none other. Rigo and the team helped me upgrade my electric to be able…
BV Electric provided EXCELLENT service to complete a partial rewiring of an old house. They are very professional, clean, responsive, always on time. What I liked the most was their reasonableness in adjusting the project's cost as various change orders added and subtracted elements from the original scope of…
Arrived and completed on schedule. Clean work.
What a friendly and professional team! They are working on a lot of not so easy outlet relocations, TV and sound cable management, and outdoor fixture installations, and we are so pleased!
BV has extensively rewired our house, fixing numerous code violations that were present when we bought it, as well as finding things like live unterminated wires left inside the walls in multiple places. They've dealt with PG&E being slow and unresponsive and have made our house much safer and more pleasant to live…
BV Electric did an awesome job on our recent projects. Not only did they do great work, but they were super professional as well. We will definitely use them for future projects!
Stefan and Gustavo were wonderful- very professional, competent, and hard working. Highly recommend !
Work was completed, but was really expensive ($700 for a single outdoor outlet) and took 2 visits since they weren’t scheduled enough time. Which was annoying since I explained what I needed.
Lucas and Rigoberto were kind, professional and efficient. They showed me the work they did, tested it in front of me, and showed me the worn out outlets they replaced.
I had a great experience with BV electric. They replied promptly to my tricky request of skim coated ceilings and had a knowledgeable discussion with our building engineer to get the suggested work approved. They installed new light fixtures with ease and added new wire mold to areas which didn’t have a junction…
Very competent, professional. Would definitely return should the need arise.
I hired BV Electric to install several outlets in my kitchen. The house is very old, so there was additional work necessary in order to bring things up to code, which drove the price higher than I initially expected. They were very upfront about the work scope and the pricing, so I knew what I was in for. They were…
We used BV Electric for two major projects on our new house - upgrading the electrical service, and rewiring all the outlets (which still had the original knob and tube wiring). From the beginning, they were very professional - they gave reasonable quotes, and were happy to break down and explain the costs when…
