I highly recommend this staging company! They did a “Walk & Talk” consultation with one of my sellers and helped her make the most of what she already had in her home. They gave her clear, practical advice on what to put away, what to move, and how to arrange each space so the home would photograph beautifully and show at its best. My seller followed their recommendations, and the results speak for themselves. In a very challenging market, with other homes in the neighborhood sitting on the market, we received a full-price offer from the very first buyer who saw the home—within two days of listing—and closed in less than 30 days! As a Realtor, I know how important presentation is, and having a professional stager help sellers see their home through a buyer’s eyes can make a tremendous difference. I will absolutely continue recommending them to my clients.

I had such a great experience working with BY Design Home Staging, especially Selina! She was incredibly professional, responsive, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. She was always happy to answer my questions and even reworked different packages to make sure I felt completely confident with the options. I am writing this review as the individual who is selling our home. The realtor sent this company to 'stage' our home and get it ready to list. This was totally NOT what I was expecting. Of course, if I had perhaps read the part of the message that said it was a consultation maybe I would have felt better about it. (Although the site here says it's a home staging service - nothing about consultation.) Some of the 'suggestions' the person gave me would require me to go out and purchase items. I just don't have the time or the money for something like that that I would (hopefully) only be using for a little while. That, combined with the need to pack up my life and eliminate all personality in my house, I will now: • never be able to find anything I need before we move (because most likely it will be at the storage unit), and • need to move the majority of my household to a storage unit and then move it all back before we move With stagings we have had done in the past with other homes we have sold, the stager actually came first to see what needed to be done and then brought items that would supplement what I didn't have on hand. The beds will not be made using the 'bed recipe' because I don't have tons of pillows or neutral bedspreads/quilts. I can make them look nice but they will not look like you just walked into a hotel room.

From the start to finish we have had nothing but excellent service all around. Our home had three offers on the first day it hit the market. Definitely worth the investment.

It was a great experience working with BY Design! We are an interior design firm and typically don't need to hire stagers for our projects. We normally source all furniture and furnishings for our clients' homes. In this case, we completed a remodel and the homeowners did not want to purchase furniture. We needed furniture and decor for our professional photoshoot and BY Design came in clutch! I'm very particular about the furniture and decor we select for our clients, so I was a little nervous. But, I was very impressed with the style of furniture and accessories they used for this project...just beautiful! Colleen and her team were so professional and pleasant. I will definitely be using BY Design for future projects that may need staging.
