Richard was experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. When I called with a question he returned my call within minutes. I will recommend your Company in the future and so will my realtor.
I had a great experience with Rich! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire home inspection. He took the time to go through everything carefully, explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand, and answered any questions I had at the end of the inspection. What I appreciated most was that Rich didn’t just point out things that needed attention; he also offered helpful advice and explained the importance of proper home maintenance to help protect my investment and prevent potential issues down the road. He made sure I understood not only what to look for but also why it matters for the long-term care and upkeep of my home. It’s clear that Rich genuinely cares about his work and wants his clients to feel informed, confident, and prepared. His knowledge, patience, attention to detail, and willingness to educate made the entire process a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Rich to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and knowledgeable home inspector. If you want someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure you understand what you need to know about your home, Rich is your guy! Thank you, Rich, for such a great experience and for helping me feel more confident about caring for my home!
