David made the whole process very easy. He was thorough, took the time to evaluate the house properly, and explained why he was recommending the equipment he did. He answered every question I had and never made me feel like he was trying to push me into a decision. I really appreciated his approach and came away feeling very comfortable with C&C.

Kyle is very knowledgeable, personable and courteous. He explained what I need to do when the seasons change and was thorough in the maintenance process, was not rushing through it. I presume the cost was more than reasonable, and I was pleased. I have no knowledge of the going rates.

Routine fall furnace check revealed a cracked heat exchanger in our 13 year old equipment. Dzemil explained options and did a thorough analysis of our home to develop recommendations for new equipment. Dennis and team arrived as scheduled and did a great job of installing new equipment. We are very happy with results - thanks all!
