Two gentlemen from C&W (Jesus & Kevin Durant) came out for a warenty service call. My refrigerator door would not stay in an open position. After a few adjustments the issue was resolved. I might note this was the third C&W service on the door. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done. Also with their customer service and curtsy while at our home. Just can’t say enough for their service!
Service technician was courteous and knowledgeable. They repaired my old Sub-Zero freezer and it is working great again!
