My husband and I first had an interest in a heat pump for one room, after contacting C2S Energy to schedule a home visit to see if we could get the mini split for our living room Jared informed us what the cost of a mini split vs a whole home heat pump system would cost and that there was a rebate to do the whole home and it was actually cheaper to do the whole home which for us was a no brainer option. We had our heat pump system installed this past week and we could not be happier with the install. From starting with a phone conversation with Deyna to the home visit with Jared, when Diogo came to see where it would be placed to the installers, Julio M, Walter, Jeffrey, Solomon, Anthony and Kevin. They were professional, meticulous, incredible experience and respectful. They also cleaned up every room, they really did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier. Thank you. Holly and JP Lemieux

We had C2S energy come and put in our mini splits and they were incredible from start to finish. Jared is amazing, he came out initially for the free quote and was the go to person until the entire project was done. The team that worked on our project were thorough, polite, answered every question we had, and very hard workers. What they thought would be a one day job turned into a three day job, but they did it amazingly and we are truly appreciative of all their hard work. We highly recommend C2S for your next project. Thank you C2S for the superior job, well done.

Had a mini split installed in my garage. Out of 3 companies I had quote the job C2S was the only one to mention a Mass Save rebate, which they took care of the paperwork and were able to do the job about 3k less than the other quotes I received. Installation was very neat and they left the job site nice and clean. Barrin and Richie were great to work with. It looks like the company is growing pretty rapidly and I can see why

I had an extremely frustrating experience with C2S Energy for our electrical (K&T) project through Mass Save. Horrible Communication (Lisa & Adam): Lisa was completely unprofessional throughout the process. She frequently ignored my emails and messages, leaving me in the dark for days/weeks. They even got my name completely wrong in official correspondence! Lack of Basic Professional Knowledge: They kept dragging out the electrical inspection scheduling, claiming "the town of Quincy is just slow." In reality, they simply didn't know the basic town rules. I had to personally go down to the Quincy Building Department myself, only to find out that ONLY a licensed electrician can schedule the inspection, and ONLY by calling a specific number between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Relying on the Customer to do Their Job: They sat on a simple phone call for weeks because they didn't know how Quincy operates. I had to do all the legwork to find the right phone number and rules for them Doing business with C2S Energy was an absolute headache. Avoid them if you value your time and peace of mind.
