I honestly don’t know how C3M has a 4.9 rating. I am on the board of my HOA and we selected C3M to handle towing services in our private community because of the high rating. We have called several times to request towing service. Not one single time have they answered the phone, returned our calls when we left messages, nor respond to emails. Extremely disappointed. Now we have to search for another company that’s going to be reliable.
C3M helped me so much. I literally couldn’t have gotten my car moved out of the yard without them. By far the best towing service I have ever dealt with. I plan to call them for anything else I need towed.
From first contact to completion they were very professional and courteous. Ryan who was the pickup driver was amazing and very friendly. This company is very competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs them. Thank you.
