This is the second job we have done with Cabinet Era, Rockville. In both cases their prices were very competitive, they were easy to work with and they kept all their promises. The quality is great, and they look great too. We will use their services in the future.
I ordered a few cabinets for an island and our basement bar. I worked with Liz both times and she was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, and went the extra mile when part of our order didn’t make it on the truck. The cabinets are beautiful and they are very good quality too. Delivery was smooth and easy!!
Katie, thank you for sharing this wonderful feedback. We’re so glad to hear that both your island and basement bar cabinets turned out beautifully and that you’re happy with the quality. Liz will be delighted to know her extra efforts, especially when part of the order didn’t make it on the truck, made a difference. We appreciate you choosing Cabinet ERA Rockville and hope you enjoy your new spaces for years to come.
Laura and her staff are terrific. I’m a small contractor, so having CabinetERA on my team made the difference. From design, revisions, build, and prompt delivery. Top shelf service and communication. I’ll be back!
Bob, thank you so much for the generous feedback and for trusting us with your projects. It means a lot to know that our design help, revisions, build process, and delivery have been a real asset to you as a small contractor. Laura and the team will be glad to hear your kind words about their communication and service. We look forward to being part of your future jobs.
Liz at Cabinet Era in Rockville was fantastic from start to finish. She worked with me the entire way, explained everything clearly, and was always great with communication—very nice and easy to deal with. The cabinets themselves are excellent. They’re a solid ¾" thick and feel nice and sturdy. They don’t have a solid back like some of the ones at Home Depot, but they do have a solid frame around the back that makes mounting straightforward. I was a little disappointed about the non-solid back at first, but they were more affordable and still look amazing. The finish is great, the doors close smoothly, and I only needed minor adjustments to get everything lined up perfectly. Overall, 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to buy cabinets from them again!

I was genuinely impressed with my experience with Cabinet Era from beginning to end. Liz, my salesperson, was a huge part of that experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly knows the products inside and out. I made many trips to the showroom and had more than a few phone calls as I worked through different ideas and questions, and she was always patient, helpful, and willing to walk me through everything. I never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions, which I really appreciated! I was also really impressed with the software they use to visualize the kitchen. Being able to actually see different cabinet configurations and get a feel for how everything would come together made it much easier for me to make decisions and envision the finished space. They were also able to help me add cabinetry around my bay windows by customizing the cabinets to fit the space. That was especially exciting for me because I wanted the kitchen to have a more custom, built-in look without having to go the full custom-cabinet route. For me, Cabinet Era provided the perfect balance: the value and selection of purchasing from a wholesaler, with the guidance and customization you would hope to get from a more traditional custom kitchen experience. The ordering process was surprisingly simple, and the turnaround time for most of the products was very fast. I also have to mention the delivery service — everything arrived on time and the delivery was efficient and well organized. I would absolutely recommend Cabinet Era to anyone taking on a kitchen renovation, especially if you want a beautiful, custom-looking kitchen without the custom-cabinet price tag. They make the ordering process very easy to navigate whether you’re experienced or completely new!
Zee, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear how helpful Liz was throughout your visits, calls, and design questions, and that our kitchen visualization software made it easier for you to confidently make decisions. It’s especially great to know the custom cabinetry solution around your bay windows gave you that built-in look you were hoping for, while still staying within your budget. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful you chose Cabinet ERA Rockville for your kitchen renovation.
