If I could give Iana ten stars, I would. My wife and I recently decided to upgrade from our smaller apartment to a beautiful 2-bed, 2.5-bath right here in our same neighborhood, and Iana was the absolute MVP of our entire search/moving process. When we first toured our new apartment, it was honestly in terrible shape. The previous tenants had been super messy, and it was difficult to look past that at first. Instead of rushing us, Iana took the time to help us see the potential. She expertly helped us visualize the potential of the space and what it would look like once it was properly cleaned, restored, and ours. What truly sets Iana apart is her follow-through. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process and made it her personal mission to ensure the unit was turned over perfectly. She advocated for us every step of the way, making sure the cleaning and maintenance crews turned the place over well. Thanks to her, we moved into a beautiful home! Her communication, patience, and care for her clients are unmatched. She is a massive asset to their team, and anyone looking for a new place would be incredibly lucky to work with her. I cannot recommend Iana highly enough!
