5/11/26 Matt has come for the last 2 years for my annual maintenance for my furnace and water heater. He is knowledgeable and friendly and does great work. I also asked him to fix my toilet when he was here. Cabrillo is not the least expensive plumbers but they are the best and worth the price. 6/20 Frank just…
Randy was great!
Randy Morales came and quickly figured out what was wrong with my water heater and did a great job quickly fixing it!
Technician was quick, polite, and professional.Randy Morales was the best technician.
Easy to schedule appointment. Showed up on time. Technician, Rob, was an expert and efficient. Will for sure use them the next time I need heating or plumbing help.
Robert Burkett and his crew replaced our 75 gallon, high-recovery hot water heater with same-day service. We have used Cabrillo Plumbing and Heating for twenty years, and have found their technicians are always courteous, professional, and on time.
Water heater failed (same one from previous review) over Memorial Day. Cabrillo was on site the next morning and had a new water heater installed by 2:00pm, Courteous, communicative, and just clear on what was the issue and options to fix. Rob and Javier for the win.
We've worked with Cabrillo multiple times. Each time they've been extremely professional, effective at getting the job done, and thorough in explaining details and alternatives. It's a pleasure working with these folks.
They were able to quickly and efficiently replace our water heater. We’ve used them before and will definitely use them again as needed!
Brian Bufford, our plumber, provided us excellent service. He arrived as scheduled and was very professional. He explained the problem and fixed the problem in a timely and efficient manner. He conducted a thorough inspection of our gas lines and made a recommendation for corrective action. He and his crew did an…
Professional service, done promptly. I will use them again when needed.
Prompt and professional service. Trustworthy.
I was so impressed by Cabrillo's responsiveness (Brian was at my home within a half hour), Brian's professionalism, skill and efficiency while at my home.
TL;DR: premium service that the Ritz Carlton could learn from I called Cabrillo in the morning hoping to get an appointment, and by late afternoon, their crew have already come and gone, and I am blessed with two freshly installed water heaters, and all the mickey-mousing of piping from the previous contractor…
Robert fixed our broken heat-pump water heater. He was thorough with the repair and informative about this new technology. We had trouble finding someone able to repair the heat pump, and Robert's plumbing AND HVAC experience were ideal to help us. Everyone (Geesa, Sal, and Robert) I spoke to was friendly, which was such a pleasure.
A failing water heater and Cabrillo was ready to step in immediately and diagnose the problem. Before moving to replace, Cabrillo thorough investigated to ensure the signs of leakage were not from exhaust draft issues. Ultimately it appeared to be a tank pinhole requiring heater replacement. Brian and Steve were…

Arrived on time and fixed the water heater quickly, very professional.
Brian and Hector brought my 17 year old tankless water heater up to code, installed missing flush system, installed the correct the ductwork, including roof outlet, flushed the system, all is working again!
Our tankless water heater kept going out and our home warranty sent out a different company who didn't fix it and said we were going to have to replace the whole unit but that it wasn't covered by our home warranty. We decided to call Cabrillo to get a second opinion and our tech Brian B arrived on time and was…
