I didn’t want to give him this one star he produced $180 cake that looked like a child did. He did nothing that was requested of him and without preapproval of the changes he made and he double text you he tagged you on your deposit and he texted you on your Final payment. I don’t wanna say too much right now cause I don’t wanna spoil the surprise, but who this cake was given to, but I cannot wait to give him a review on his Facebook page at the BBB and everywhere else I can he ought to be totally ashamed to be a professional in his business and produce a cake, a cupcake cake. They look like a child in it and he charges $15 for the board that the cake sits on top which no bakery ever charges you for and there’s nothing but cardboard with a gold on top of it and then for the burn paper, $20 for probably about a 4 x 4 piece of shit so disappointed, but it wasn’t my call to reject it because I was picking it up for somebody else that wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to call them so I just gave them the money left. My disappointment is so high with this situation. Just absolutely pathetic. Poor quality and I hope the cupcakes taste so good. It makes me wanna slap my parents and they all are dead.

My wife and I have been coming to Cakes by Keon for the past two months, and we are officially hooked! We honestly go way more often than I'd like to admit. 🤣 Everything we've tried has been amazing. The cupcakes, cakes, and drinks are hands down some of the best we've ever had. Not only is the quality outstanding, but the customer service is always exceptional.The sweet lady at the front counter is incredibly kind and always has great recommendations whenever we're looking to try something new. We also had the opportunity to meet Keon during one of our visits, and he was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of his customers. We'll definitely continue supporting Cakes by Keon, and I highly recommend stopping by if you haven't already. You really can't go wrong with any of the desserts or drinks!

I live in Gwinntte but was near the area, and I remembered that I followed someone’s cake business that’s in Decatur! Me being 9 months pregnant I was determined to get my sweet tooth fix. I went to the old address and called to see if it changed but hung up quickly because I realized that it was 6 minutes to closing. I got a call back from a sweet old lady that gave me the correct address and stayed open until I got there! She was so patient and kind! I knew them cakes were going to be good! I’ve purchased 55 dollars worth of cakes just because of her kindness! And baby them cakes were good!!!!!! I will be back and placing orders! Thank you!

Great cakes. For my moms 90th birthday they made 2 sheet cakes and 5 pound cakes (we did the pound cakes as gifts).. Everything was delicious!

We loved everything the Hennessy red velvet cupcakes were #1. We also had banana pudding, cookies and cream, and strawberry cupcakes all we delicious.

This is my first time using this bakery. I ordered a sheet cake for my son's 40th birthday party. I picked it up on Saturday 05/02. It was ready and waiting. The cake was so moist and delicious 😋. This will be my go to place for my cakes going forward. Thank you to the sweet lady that helped me with my selections. You have a new customer for life.
