Thank you so much Guinevere for taking time off your busy schedule to write us a review. We appreciate this more than you know. We are so happy that you loved your cake. Without you, we would not be in business.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She made my son’s birthday cake, and it was absolutely delicious! Since we were visiting from out of state, I was especially grateful for how accommodating and helpful she was throughout the entire process. She even guided me through the process of having the cake delivered to me via Uber to make sure the cake arrived safely and on time. Her communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made everything so easy for us. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers and puts love into what she does, and makes scrumptious cakes, I highly recommend her. We would absolutely order from her again!

It was an excellent experience working with Shupan, my wife is of high standards and had very specific request for her birthday cake. Shupan did an excellent job with the decor as well as the flavors! Couldn't have asked for anything better.

We had just moved to Lawrenceville and found Cakes by Shupan on the fly, and I’m so glad we did!
Ms. Shupan was all ears when it came to what I wanted and was incredibly accommodating with our changes and requests. This was my little one’s very first cake ever, so it was extra special for us and she absolutely delivered!
The cake was yummy, soft, and fluffy, and somehow stayed that way throughout its entire lifetime hahaha which, honestly, many cakes don’t!
I’m so happy we found her and will definitely be relying on Ms. Shupan for future celebrations. Wonderful service, delicious cake, and a great experience from start to finish.
Definitely 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Shupan made a German chocolate cake for my mom’s birthday. I reached out to her and she responded the same day. I also requested that she make the cake with the coconut pecan icing all over the cake instead of just on the top. She did not hesitate to accommodate this special request. She was very responsive to my emails. The cake was so delicious! Very moist and one of the best German chocolate cakes I have ever had. I definitely will use Shupan again.
