Customers generally praise the company for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and thorough cleaning of dryer vents, air ducts, and bathroom fans. Reviews frequently highlight professional conduct, fair pricing, and the willingness to address issues or provide maintenance advice. However, a recurring criticism involves incomplete work or significant messes left behind, particularly regarding chimney services where technicians arrived late, failed to inspect promised components, or damaged fixtures.

Lex and his team are fantastic. We had a cleaning service done and during it there was an accidental small dent made on the dryer. When we asked Lex about it, he came over personally and spent nearly an hour thoroughly addressing the issue and even made improvements to the work that was previously done. We felt that Lex and his team have a lot of integrity and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
Had my dryer duct cleaned and Cal Duct cleaning’s tech David arrived on time and did a great job, including helping with troubleshooting an error code on the dryer.

David did an amazing job, he was detailed with his work and respectful with our home. One of the bathroom fans didn’t need cleaning and he was honest to tell me that and not change me for it. I will definitely be using them from now on.
