Customers frequently praise the crew's punctuality, careful handling of furniture, and efficient communication during moves. Recurring themes include professional conduct, friendly attitudes, and affordable pricing for services ranging from standard furniture transport to specialized piano relocation. However, some low-star reviews criticize unexpected billing discrepancies, such as being charged for travel time or exceeding estimates, as well as issues with missing items during storage transfers.

Trace and Ahmed were great! They arrived on time and moved my furniture very carefully - and the price was very affordable. The people in the office answering the phones were also very pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks so much!
