Google reviewers rate Caliber Collision 4.8 out of 5 based on 555 reviews, highlighting frequent praise for professional communication, timely repairs, and helpful staff who manage insurance paperwork and rental arrangements. Customers often note that vehicles are returned early with quality work, including accurate paint matching and detailed attention to damage. However, several low-star reviews cite issues with incorrect parts installation, unexplained vehicle damage, and perceived rudeness or lack of accountability when problems arise after the initial repair.
