Car was hit. Front end was ripped off when the women hit me. Caliber took there time to put my car back together. When I picked my car up it looked bran new. I would recommend the company to everyone. Great people there. They always called me to let me know how it was coming together or if there was a delay in the parts.

Don't trust them! Brook Park sent my car over to North Royalton for a 7 day repair estimate and after 2 weeks my car wasn't even started. I had to pull it and take it to Crash Champions. UPDATE: I reached out to caliber and got no response. Crash Champions was 5 day estimate and 5 day repair.

Made the mistake of running over a dead opossum in a mustang and completely ruined the bumper and fender. They fixed it up with no problem, kept me in the loop at all times and helped me through the entire process. It was really easy to work with them!

This company would give you from stat to finish a friendly, professional, and fast service from the minute you call them to the minute they return your car to you! Wonderful experience wonderful job, they really take the time to fix your need as it was never there; will defently come back if need it!
