I took my truck in to be repaired through an insurance company. They did a good job on the physical part but the paint didn’t match my truck and I’m not sure what I wanna do about that. When I went there to pick it up, I have a fiberglass hood on my bed. I went to pull it up to check under it just for the heck of it and there was a big old pile of garbage with a window and parts and etc. so the guy that was going over my truck with me was shocked and pulled everything out. I thought that was very un professional of them to leave garbage in my truck. I don’t even know why they opened up my bed door! And why they had to open it up but what were they doing? All the damage was on the doors.

Everyone i talked to were very respectful the manager even spoke with me, they are a great group. I had an issue were I didnt know how to pick up my car due to a holiday weekend, work, and driving distance but the receptionist gave me solutions that I could try to working into my schedule. The receptionist was wonderful very respectful and helpful. Honestly I would definitely recommend to go here.

The staff here were very knowledgeable about all the inner workings from getting and returning the rental, kept us informed as to the progress, and patient. Great job to the whole shop. The car never looked better after repairs!

From the time we stepped into the office and spoke to Hailey at the front desk, we knew we were in good hands. She was kind engaging and very friendly. She introduced us to Tiffany who was also kind engaging and friendly and gave us confidence that we would be taken care of In a timely manor. From beginning to end our experience with Caliber Collision was a pleasant experience. If you are unfortunate enough to be in an accident, this is the place to take your vehicle for repairs.
