They were friendly. We got regular text messages on status of car. It was done when they said it would. It was a little hard to get a hold of the person handling our car but I assume because they were busy. She did call back quickly.

Kandy is the absolute best!!! She’s so honest and thorough — I very quickly developed a genuine trust in her which is invaluable when your vehicle is in something else’s hands. The service was absolutely great! They kept me informed all the time. Corbin is the best service advisor this side of the Mississipi river! I had a great experience, my car was driving better than the day I got out of the dealership, felt brand new! Definitely the best body shop I've ever been too, I will send all my loved ones here if they need any repairs to their vehicles!
