⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service at Caliber Collision! My experience with Caliber Collision was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch, and I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Carol, who truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is 100%, and she is incredibly informative, patient, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. She genuinely aims to please and makes sure you understand what is happening every step of the way. Mrs. Carol’s warm personality, beautiful smile, and caring spirit are truly heartwarming. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and reassured, even during what can sometimes be a stressful experience. I also want to recognize Shannon, who was absolutely excellent as well. Taylor is the best! She provided outstanding customer service, kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, and made everything easy and stress-free. Update: I had to come back and say that the firewall began to rattle after a few days. I also didn’t notice that more than a quarter of a tank of gas was gone. I didn’t bother taking it back. It was never the same. I took a $1000 loss upon trading my car in due to the rattle. Previous post: My car looks brand new. In addition to the repairs, they clean my car inside and out. They even put a shine on the tires. The body work and steering/suspension repairs were quick, and the customer service was impeccable.
