I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after my wreck. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. The repairs look amazing. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. What really stood out to me was that they took care of an issue that wasn't caused by the accident. This location is the absolute best in my experience. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here if ever needed. This is my 2nd repair at this location. The staff is great! The amount of the repair was overpriced and the insurance company that I had to file the claim with would not cover the overpricing. I had to utilize a payment plan application in order to get my car out of the shop, because Fred Loya Insurance would not pay what Caliber overpriced for the repair. I'm out over $900 dollars because neither of the parties involved will fix the issue or own up to their part of the problem, nor handle the money that is still owed to me to pay that. The work was decent and I'm glad my passenger side door is no longer damaged, but that is the only perk to this nightmare.
