Customers frequently praise the design process, noting that staff offer creative solutions and communicate effectively throughout the project. Installers are often described as professional, punctual, and thorough in their cleanup. However, some reviewers criticize the high pricing relative to perceived value, citing issues with uneven installations, broken hardware, and poor communication regarding delivery schedules for specific orders.

Loving my new closet system. Megan did a great job giving me exactly what I was looking for and made suggestions that worked even better than what I first envisioned. Also got matching upper cabinets in laundry room for needed additional storage. Installers were professional, friendly and efficient. 5 Stars from start to finish.

We worked with Kelsey to design a beautiful primary closet for us. She had so many good ideas and our closet turned out great. We have so much space. The install went well. This is our second California Closet and we will work with them again.

We are very pleased with California Closets. We recently had our sixth closet installed (3 in a previous residence and 3 in our current residence). The Closets are well constructed from top of the line materials. They are esthetically pleasing and add warmth to the room. We love the added storage and space. The workmanship is professal and their clean-up is outstanding.

I have now worked with California closets on three projects over the past three months. They first customized two closets, then my laundry room, and finally my pantry. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Kelsey is the best designer and really easy to work with throughout the design process. She is very creative and solved all my concerns. The installers were also fabulous. Two deserve special attention, Hunter, who worked on two of the projects, and Luke who did the laundry room. They were personable, respectful, and very dedicated to the work they completed. Overall, I highly recommend this company because of these great employees. Without them, just another company. Thanks Kelsey, Hunter, and Luke!
