Customers frequently praise the design software, punctuality, and professional installation of custom closets and cabinetry. Positive feedback highlights responsive communication and effective space utilization, while some reviewers note the pricing is high compared to other cabinet makers. This was an all-around pleasant experience! Everyone was nice and kind from the sales agent (Thanks, Kim!) to to the installers. Work was done on the day scheduled and looks great. I already feel a bit more organized.
I loved working with Heather Dancel out of the Pasadena office. She's very knowledgeable about design, and was able to work the computer program to give me an accurate rendering of the finished product during the design phase. She made suggestions that were fantastic, and even found a music keyboard slide tray that solved a big issue for me. The product was installed by courteous, skilled, clean workman. It looks beautiful, is very high quality, and the room and closet are so much more functional now. I'm totally loving my new office! Thank you Heather!
Lisa L. at the Pasadena location was the main reason we went with California Closets. She was extremely knowledgeable, a wizard at the designing software, had a great attitude, super response with all email and text communications, and gave us many options and recommendations that we did not think of. She made California Closets stand out over other competitors.
Your positive experience is appreciated! We’re delighted that Lisa’s expertise, creativity, and responsive communication helped make California Closets stand out.
I did not know what to expect, so many providers have 5 stars, and pictures don’t always show what the end product looks like. We had a super awkward closet under a slope and Julie is a master in design. She utilized all the nooks and crannies to make all of our closets perfect! Andre installed them perfectly and there was no issue with design and engineering. I am so happy with all three closets, high quality, with very nice finishes. I cannot recommend California Closets enough!
We greatly appreciate your recommendation and kind words! We are glad that Julie was able to meet and exceed your expectations.

I am a contractor and have now worked on two projects with Julie Bennett and California Closets. She was incredibly helpful designing both projects and followed up in every way through installation. She is a pleasure to work with. Kevin did a great job on the installation. I highly recommend California Closets and Julie Bennett.
